  • Lead workshops with key project stakeholders across multiple geos to gather requirements, brainstorm, and align on business goals.

  • Sourced new senior level design talent for teams on our B2B platform called Nike.net to grow the design team from 3 members to 12. I also handled the off-boarding when the team was downsized to 4 due to budget cuts.

  • Meet on a weekly basis with all design team members to critique and give feedback on their work, ensure alignment across teams on business goals, and catch up with each person on their personal progress, goals, and career progression.

  • Expanded the Nike style guide to accommodate our complex and unique B2B use cases and align our applications across the org.
